COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metso Automation D201134L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Minarik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mge-Ups-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Minarik such as the XL3050A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 510301510 manufactured by Mge-Ups-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Mge-Ups-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1S38HB by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-epsilon-Optocontrol-Odc Brand ODC250035 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubish such as HCSFS81B equipment made by Mitsubish have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubish products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubish" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSD035W1 made by Millipore-Parametrics as well as the popular A1S71QLP21 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF010M by Micro-Motion and HCSFS81B spares by Mitsubish are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10441 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Misco. |
